My company has been using Ontime Express services on a regular basis and we've received great results from them! The customer service staff and the drivers that I have come in contact with have been amazing. Since USPS isn't as reliable as they once were, my company uses them for all of our local mail services because we can guarantee that the documents get right to our clients and sometimes we'll do a roundtrip service and the forms are back in our office within hours. I highly recommend using Ontime Express because they get the job done!!!

I just starting working for Sunset Office Suites and one of the tenants needed an item sent to a client at a specific bank. I searched other companies and read different reviews. After making a decision, I called Ontime after reading their Google reviews. When I called I spoke to a very nice gentleman who explained all of my options for courier service. He then asked for the company's information and he informed me there's a file already created. He updated our company's profile with my information, scheduled the pick-up and like that...we were done. The young lady who came to grab the item was new at the time and asked me to be patient with her (the little machine she was carrying) wasn't working right. I was very patient (as I always am). After a few minutes, she was able to get the machine to work, grabbed the envelope and left with a smile. All in all, I give Ontime Express (and they really are fast) an excellent rating for amazing service and customer service! Thank you and we look forward to using your company for all of our future courier services.

I have to say that I'm sure we are not one of their top clients as we don't need this service often, but they never fail to treat us with the most efficient, immediate and excellent service! From calling in our request to getting it done, they have been on point every single time! AND at a reasonable rate! You should definitely use them!!
